Centrifugal Fans and Blowers
AirPro centrifugal fans and centrifugal blowers are designed for a variety of airflow volumes and pressure combinations. With many different models of centrifugal fans, AirPro is able to satisfy a wide variety of application requirements. AirPro’s centrifugal fans & blowers meet not only Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) standards, but our high standards as well. After all, we build them as if we were going to use them ourselves.
Airfoil Fan
The AirPro Airfoil fan (AFHS) is designed to move high volumes of clean air at low-to-medium static pressures. The AFHS fan blades are backwardly inclined and designed with the same aerodynamics that create flight, making this fan one of the most efficient centrifugal fans. This means:
- Less horsepower is required to produce the same performance as other fan models.
- Operational sound levels are lower.
- Energy costs are lower.

Backward Curved Fan
The AirPro backward curved centrifugal fan (BCHS) is designed to handle high air volumes at high static pressures. Used to move mostly clean air, our BCHS fan can be used as a forced draft or induced draft fan for a wide range of industrial applications.

Backward Inclined Fan
The AirPro BIHS industrial fan is used for clean-air applications to move high volumes of air at a variety of static pressures, such as in dust-collection systems. The BIHS fan is offered in belt-driven, direct-driven, and direct-coupled arrangements along with various impeller and housing widths.
As a highly efficient model, the AirPro BIHS fan offers lower sound levels and energy costs than many other fan types. The fan impeller has been designed with a focus on high operating efficiency without compromising high mechanical strength in its specific blade angles and various streamlined profiles.

Industrial Exhauster Air Handling Fan
The IEAH model is AirPro’s air-handling centrifugal exhaust fan. Functioning in clean-air and light dust-loading applications, this fan features a streamlined, heavy-duty design with a focus on performing with high operating efficiencies. The wheel blades of this IEAH fan are backwardly -inclined for efficiency.

Radial Tipped Fan
Heavy-duty, radial-tipped fans (RTHS) are designed to move high volumes of air at moderate-to-high pressures and are able to handle both clean and dirty airstreams. These fans provide consistent, reliable service with oxidizers, dryers, baghouses, scrubbers, heat exchangers, and other industrial equipment in the dust collection, power boiler, waste incineration, odor control, paper and pulp, and other air pollution industries.

Industrial Exhauster Paddle Wheel Fan
The AirPro material-handling fan not only moves air but also material at medium-to-high static pressures. With its rugged design, this heavy-duty exhaust fan is able to move heavy, sticky, and abrasive materials through the airstream without compromising the integrity of the wheel.
There are 2 different wheel types that are available with this material-handling fan. The first wheel – IEPW – is an open, radial-blade design; and the second wheel – IEFB – utilizes the same design as the IEPW, but also includes a backplate. The IEFB is provided with arrangement 4, direct-drive fans in order to protect the motor from material entering the fan airstream.

High Pressure Radial Shrouded Blower
The AirPro high pressure radial shrouded centrifugal blower (HPSL) has been designed to move low-to-medium volumes of air at high static pressures. With its surgeless design, this fan provides consistent performance through variable air flow at or near a constant pressure.
Two different wheel types are available on the radial shrouded industrial blower. The most appropriate wheel design is based on the volume and pressure combination of the air, along with the desired operating efficiency of the high pressure blower.
- HPSL – A high pressure centrifugal blower featuring a shrouded wheel design. This wheel type is designed to move low volumes of air at high static pressures with high operating efficiencies.
- HPSM – A high pressure industrial blower also featuring the shrouded wheel design. With increased wheel width, this model is designed for low-to-medium air volumes at high pressures.

High Pressure Radial Open Blower
The AirPro high pressure radial open industrial blower (HPRL) is designed for low-to-medium air volumes at high static pressures. With its surgeless design, this high pressure fan provides consistent performance through variable air flow at or near a constant pressure.
AirPro radial open centrifugal blowers are available with two different wheel types. The most appropriate wheel design is based on the volume and pressure combination of the air, along with the desired operating efficiency of the high pressure blower.
- HPRL – A high pressure centrifugal blower designed with an open radial wheel. Engineered for low air volumes at high static pressures. The open radial wheel does involve decreased operating efficiency when compared to the shrouded wheel but covers a wider range of air volume and pressure combinations.
- HPRM – A high pressure blower similar to the HPRL but with a wider wheel design. The increased wheel width increases the air volume capacity.

High Temperature Plug Fan
A plug fan is used when the fan must mount to an enclosure to circulate air in a clean, contaminated, or high-temperature environment. A high-temperature fan requires no ductwork, as the wheel is directly inserted into the enclosure. The motor, bearings, and drive parts are outside of the airstream.
The AirPro high-temperature plug fan (FCHS) is used with a wide range of industrial furnaces, industrial ovens, and other heat-processing equipment. Generally designed to move high volumes of air at low static pressures, this high-temperature fan is offered with several wheel designs and with various materials that are appropriate for the specific operating temperature.

Industrial Exhauster Radial Shrouded Fan
AirPro’s industrial exhaust fan for trim-handling applications is designed for edge trim removal of materials, such as paper, cardboard, and various metals. AirPro’s trim-handling industrial exhaust fan can be provided with one of two different standard wheel designs – the IETW or the IETX (extra heavy version of the IETW).
With custom design options that include reinforced blades, various gusset and blade profiles, sharpened blade edges, and modified inlets with breaker bars, AirPro can build fans to meet your material handling requirements and can build to your specifications to give you a successful material handling system.

Industrial Exhauster Radial Shrouded Fan
The IERS Fan is a true radial blade design with higher efficiency than the other radial options that fit into the Industrial Exhauster family of housings. The impeller design is preferred for process air that is particle laden. Ideal for mineral processing applications. Abrasion Resistant Alloys and/or wear plates are available to extend impeller life.
