MEMBRANE FILTRATION SYSTEMS

Sanborn Technologies offers a wide range of membrane filtration systems utilizing microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF) and nanofiltration (NF) membrane technology.

UFV membrane filtration systems

SANBORN’s UFV membrane filtration systems bring compact wastewater disposal/reuse technology to manufacturing facilities. Designed for waste volumes of up to 1,500 gallons per day (GPD).

  • Recycling mop/floor-scrubber water
  • Volume reduction of oily wastewater from various sources including used coolants, parts washers, rinse tanks and compressor blowdown
  • Recycling and disposal of fluids from vibratory finishing processes
  • Closed loop recycling in optical, precision glass grinding and crystal cutting/finishing operations

Sanborn provides compact, pre-engineered UF Systems that are designed for operating in harsh industrial environments. These Membrane Systems are designed to process oily wastewater that are difficult to treat and have relatively high solids content.

Large Tubular Ultrafiltration Systems

SANBORN offers Large Tubular Ultrafiltration Systems that are available in designs up to 20,000 GPD in process capacity or in custom designed larger capacity systems in various system configurations to meet the application demands. Our expertise in engineering and designing Ultrafiltration Systems to meet the demands of processing difficult and problematic oily wastewater streams and a myriad of other streams as well.

COOLANT RECYCLING SYSTEMS

Coolant Recycling has been a core focus of Sanborn Technologies for over 40 years. Our wide range coolant recycling products will process the entire spectrum of today’s coolants from water soluble oil to semi-synthetic and pure synthetic coolants for even the toughest applications ranging from gross solids removal from hog grinding operations to ultrafine honing.

Sanborn Coolant recycling systems have the capability of providing both two-phase or three-phase separation for tramp oil removal and particle removal down to 5-micron or less. Portable coolant recycling systems are available as well for sump to sump processing and ease of machine tool sump servicing and replenishment.

Centrifuges

Sanborn Technologies’ product line of centrifuges are the focal point of our coolant recycling systems. Our vast line of centrifuges will handle any coolant recycling application from small sumps to large centralized coolant systems.

Tramp Oil Separators

Sump Cleaner Systems

Sanborn also offers a line of Freddy Ecovac Sump Cleaner Systems providing a series of low cost solutions under $10K to solve your facility’s problems with contaminated coolant sumps. These cost-effective Sump Cleaner Systems are simple to operate and have with unique features such as simultaneous suction and return pumping for efficient coolant cleaning at the sump.

CHIP WRINGERS

The perfect solution for coolant/oil removal from large volumes of chips and cuttings.

ChipPac Chip Wringers

Sanborn’s ChipPac Chip Wringers chip wringers effectively remove residual coolant/oil from metal chips and cuttings derived from machining operations. This are economical solutions for both large metal working facilities to small shop operations
